  • Full name, email address and phone number
  • Passport or ID number, when the park entrance or a checkpoint requires it, or when we buy park tickets on your behalf
  • Number of travelers in your group and the age of children, when it affects park tickets
  • Your pickup point in Flores or El Remate
  • Payment information, processed securely by WeTravel. We never see or store your card number.

3. How we use it

  • To confirm your booking and organize your tour
  • To buy and send you the park entrance tickets when your tour includes them
  • To contact you before the tour, with your pickup time and instructions, and after it, for follow-up and feedback
  • To register travelers at park entrances or checkpoints when required
  • To improve our services
  • To send you offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time

4. Who we share it with

  • Our local team: the guides and drivers who run your tour receive only what they need to run it.
  • Park authorities: the ticketing system of Guatemala's Ministry of Culture and Sports, when we buy park tickets for you.
  • WeTravel: our booking and payment platform processes your payment, with the payment methods it offers, under its own privacy policy.
  • Gazela Network: companies owned by or affiliated with Gazela Network, S.A., now or in the future, for operational and commercial purposes.
  • Authorities: when required by law.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website uses cookies and tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it, and review widgets that show what other travelers say. We may also use advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure and show our ads. Bookings that include minors must be made by an adult aged 18 or over, who accepts this policy on their behalf.
